As a Compliance Coordinator within the vaccine Formulation / Filling building, you will be part of a production support team (compliance, computerized systems, training, and documentation department).

You will work in a production environment with high aseptic and regulatory requirements, making decisions and managing continuous improvement or remediation projects. The Compliance Coordinator ensures compliance with requirements within a motivated team. Ready to get started?

Main :

• Steering, organization, and coordination

Lead and coordinate steering committees, organize department activities, and ensure compliance with the workload plan:

• regulatory and compliance actions

• computerized systems and data integrity

• operational training

• documentation, including risk analyses

• Regulatory compliance (GMP / BPF / Annex 1)

• Act as the point of contact for the building on these activities, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, anticipate deviations, and ensure alignment

• Take charge of topics and remediation projects related to changes in GMP / BPF regulations, perform benchmarking, and lead/facilitate cross-functional working groups (building, site, and global level)

• Assist with presentations during inspections/audits and participate in response strategies for observations

• Contribute to the development of a quality culture within the sector, provide constructive feedback, and correct any deviations from GMP/HSES rules

• Continuous improvement and industrial performance

• Collaborate on continuous improvement of the service, propose and identify continuous improvement actions

• Support operational staff with changes in practices and the harmonization of practices

• Deployment of the department's activity strategies

- Deploy site and global strategies across the department's various activities

- Provide support to teams regarding anomaly management (declaration, treatment strategy), CAPAs, Change Control, and document updates, in connection with the department's activities

• Act as the deputy to the department manager and provide backup if necessary for the department's various activities, serve as the building's point of contact for these activities, and ensure necessary reporting

About you

Experience:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in aseptic environments

• Strong quality mindset and understanding of production constraints

Technical and interpersonal skills:

• Pragmatism / common sense / leadership

• Ability to unite and work cross-functionally, listening skills, sense of contact, and communication

• Rigor and organization, analytical and synthesis skills

• Proactive, versatile, and autonomous

Education:

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Pharmacy, Quality, or Production, such as an Engineering School or Faculty of Pharmacy

Languages:

• French / English B2

The salary range for this position is: €42.400,00 - €56.533

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
