General mission of the role
The Junior Oncology Product Manager will participate in the management of marketing operations in collaboration with the marketing team and all cross-functional teams. They are responsible for executing the strategy identified per client to achieve set objectives; developing communication; and implementing innovative and differentiating operations. They will contribute to the success of projects within a dynamic and committed team.
The position is based in La Défense.
Main activities
You will join the Oncology Therapeutic Unit, under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.
As a Junior Product Manager, your main activities will revolve around the following areas:
- Analyze the market and its environment to actively contribute to strategic and operational thinking;
- Monitor the deployment and utilization of market research;
- Ensure continuous strategic monitoring of industry news, market trends, and the competition;
- Actively contribute to the deployment and success of marketing campaigns;
- Design and develop promotional tools, in close synergy with internal departments (medical, regulatory) and external partner agencies;
- Collaborate on the organization and facilitation of sales force seminars;
- Measure and analyze the impact and performance of deployed marketing campaigns;
- Be a key player in the digital transformation of our marketing and commercial activities by leading dedicated projects (creation of innovative content, digital events, etc.);
- Ensure the smooth and continuous supply of promotional materials (digital and printed) for field teams.

Required profile
You have a Master's degree (Dual scientific + Business school background);
Initial experience in marketing (internship/work-study/fixed-term contract) in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry;
Candidate demonstrating adaptability, proactivity, creativity, autonomy, and rigor;
Scientific sensitivity and strong analytical skills;
Ability to work in a team within a complex environment;
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Duration: 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD)
