Time to grow. Time to thrive.
We are Nmbrs. We create smart business software that removes unnecessary complexity for SME entrepreneurs and the professionals who support them. Nmbrs brings together four established product organizations—Payroll, Accounting, Invoicing, and Reporting—with teams in the Netherlands, Sweden, and Portugal.
We are one brand with a shared ambition, while continuing to work from the expertise and strength of our own organizations. We join forces where it makes sense and keep teams, expertise, and decision-making close together.
For this position, you will work at Nmbrs Invoicing (WeFact) in Eersel. You will work closely with your direct colleagues at this location while being part of the broader Nmbrs organization.

-

Collect wishes and feedback from users, propose improvements, and share these with the development team.
Your impact
Through your work, you ensure that entrepreneurs and accountants can move forward quickly and effectively with WeFact. You put yourself in the user's shoes, think along about the best solution, and ensure that our support remains a service that makes customers happy.
For example, when you identify a problem in the product, you coordinate with your technical colleagues so they can get to work on it. As soon as the problem is solved, you can quickly help the user further. At the same time, you use questions from customer contact to improve our help articles and other support, so that future users can find an answer even more easily themselves.
Additionally, you help continuously improve WeFact by sharing wishes, feedback, and insights from users with the development team. In this way, the daily contact you have with customers also has a direct influence on the development of our product and our service.
