Oliver Parks is a specialized executive search agency for technology markets in Europe and North America. To strengthen our German-speaking team in London, we are looking for an experienced (Senior) Recruitment Consultant.

You will be part of one of the leading German-speaking recruitment teams in the UK – with clear structures, genuine team spirit, and exciting growth opportunities.

Your tasks

• Independent management of ongoing search mandates in the DACH region

• Building long-term client relationships in your area of specialization

• Identification and outreach to highly qualified candidates

• Mentoring and coaching of junior colleagues

• Development of a niche market with a long-term perspective

Your profile

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or B2B sales

• Native-level German, very good English

• Proactive and collaborative mindset

• Entrepreneurial thinking, team-oriented approach
