Job Description

• Management, organization, and supervision of the work of employees regarding tasks for all products/services within the scope of the branch/counter;

• Supervision of client portfolio management (regular, affluent, VIP) by personal bankers;

• Supervises the collection of overdue unpaid and disputed receivables on retail current accounts and retail deposit products and resolves all client complaint cases related to them;

• Cooperates with the Receivables Collection Department regarding the collection and complaints related to loans and credit/revolving and charge bank cards;

• Responsible for the application of the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing;

• Responsible for consistent adherence to the Bank's procedures, Decisions, instructions, and internal acts;

• Proposes concrete solutions for increasing the profitability and success of the branch;

• Responsible for safe deposit box operations, for monitoring and collecting overdue receivables based on safe deposit box usage fees, and initiating legal actions in cooperation with the Legal Affairs Department based on safe deposit box user debts;

• Responsible for the correct use of fiscal cash registers in accordance with instructions forwarded by the Accounting Department;

• Responsible for controlling orders for UPP and foreign payments, conversion orders, and loan disbursement orders;

• Responsible for the implementation of the cash operations manual;

• Insurance mediation tasks.

Required Experience

Mandatory previous work experience in the same or similar positions.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Knowledge

• University degree (VSS) or secondary education (SSS) in economics preferred;
• Computer literacy (MS Office) and knowledge of the English language;
• Required professional exams/licenses: Banking exam; standard bank education program; passed professional exam for performing insurance representation tasks at the Insurance Supervision Agency of FBiH;
• Readiness to work in a dynamic environment and ability for clear and logical reasoning;
• Developed communication skills and inclination for teamwork, structured approach, organization, proactivity, and result-orientation.
