Requirements:
- Professional degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Human Resources, career counseling, employability, or related areas, with relevant experience in the U.S. professional context.
- Experience or solid knowledge in training and guidance regarding job search strategies, interview preparation, and résumé writing.
- Knowledge of the U.S. labor market and relevant processes and regulations for employability, including forms and requirements such as I-9, W-4, and work permits.
- Mastery of the differences between a résumé and a CV, with the ability to teach students how to correctly structure a résumé according to U.S. market standards.
- Practical knowledge of interview preparation strategies in the United States, including professional expectations, types of questions, and presentation best practices.
- Understanding of U.S. work culture and environment, as well as the main cultural and organizational differences compared to Latin America.
- Excellent oral and written communication in Spanish, with the ability to explain concepts clearly, accessibly, and effectively to a Spanish-speaking audience.
- Ability to motivate, guide, and support students with different levels of experience and professional goals.
- Proficiency in digital tools and teaching platforms necessary to deliver live virtual classes.
- Ability to work in an organized and autonomous manner in a fully remote setting.
