Job Description

As part of major transformation programs, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work on innovative, high-business-impact projects within a demanding and structured banking environment.

Your missions

At the heart of business and IT challenges, you will play a key role in the success of projects:

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements
• Write detailed functional specifications
• Participate in scoping workshops and project committees
• Write and execute test strategies
• Perform SQL queries for data analysis and validation
• Ensure the link between business and technical teams
• Work in an Agile methodology

You will work on strategic topics, with a real level of autonomy and responsibility.

Qualifications

Essential skills

• Proven experience in Business Analysis in a banking environment
• Mastery of Agile methodology
• Good practice of SQL queries
• Experience in writing and executing tests
• Ability to lead workshops and interact with various stakeholders

Profile sought

• 3 to 5 years of minimum experience in a Business Analyst position
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Autonomy, rigor, and ability to evolve on high-stakes projects
• Culture of results and service orientation
