Job detail for Product Manager (Azar, Chat Experience)

Lead the definition of improvement directions for the Azar video chat experience and collaborate with various teams, including Engineering, Design, and Data, to build and launch products.
Analyze diverse data directly to derive hypotheses for improving the video chat experience, and lead the entire process of designing, executing, analyzing, and reporting on A/B tests.
Define KPIs for the video chat experience, track and monitor them with a sense of ownership, and quickly identify root causes and derive and execute solutions when issues arise.

Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent experience.
Experience launching new features by collaborating cross-functionally with various teams such as Engineering, Data, and Design.
Experience enhancing products where user retention is key, such as video chat, matching, or social/dating services.
Experience directly designing and executing A/B tests for a large-scale user base, and interpreting results based on statistical methodologies to inform decision-making.
Experience in data analysis using tools such as SQL.

Preferred Qualifications
Ability to communicate fluently in English for cross-functional collaboration.
Experience operating global services and launching products for users in various countries.
Active use of AI tools in daily work.
