Job Description

As part of the evolution of its infrastructure platforms and Cloud Native environments, we are looking for an Expert OpenShift Systems Engineer to support the administration, , and evolution of containerized platforms based on Red Hat OpenShift.

You will act as a technical lead on topics related to Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms, deployment automation, infrastructure reliability, and supporting development teams in adopting Cloud Native best practices.

• Administer, maintain, and evolve Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
• Ensure the operational maintenance and security of clusters.
• Deploy and configure containerized application environments.
• Support project teams in the integration and deployment of their applications.
• Industrialize platform deployment and administration processes.
• Implement best practices for security, high availability, and resilience.
• Participate in the automation of operational and administration tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents related to OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Ensure supervision, monitoring, and optimization of platform performance.
• Participate in version upgrades, migrations, and architecture evolutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, DevOps, Network, Security, and Development teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in OpenShift administration and engineering.
• Expertise in Red Hat OpenShift platforms and the Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Solid mastery of technologies (Docker, Podman).
• Good knowledge of Linux environments (Red Hat, CentOS, Rocky Linux, Debian).
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform or equivalent).
• Mastery of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of Cloud and Cloud Native architectures.
• Experience with security issues for containerized platforms.
• Good understanding of networks, storage, and distributed architectures.
• Mastery of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenShift Monitoring).
• Ability to support development teams on Kubernetes/OpenShift best practices.
• Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and ability to solve complex problems.
• Master's degree (Bac +5)
• Fluent English
