- Translate business needs into data solutions, dashboards, and indicators, acting as a bridge between Finance, Sales, and Technology.
- Lead transformation initiatives, such as Data Warehouse modernization, One Source of Truth, and data architecture evolution.
- Ensure critical area deliverables, balancing the transformation agenda with forecast and closing cycles.
- Lead and develop the team, setting priorities, providing direction, and supporting problem-solving.
Qualifications

- Experience in leadership and team development.
- Profile with autonomy, a sense of ownership, and a transformation mindset, capable of questioning the status quo and proposing new ways of working.
- Advanced English, for interaction with stakeholders and global projects.
Preferred qualifications: experience with financial/commercial data, Salesforce, and data environment modernization projects.
Competencies we value
Business acumen: understands the problem before building the solution and connects data to the decisions that need to be made.
Technical depth: possesses enough repertoire to challenge existing solutions, discuss alternatives with experts, and direct architecture and data decisions.
Ownership and autonomy: does not depend on a perfect scenario or detailed instructions to move forward; identifies problems, proposes paths, and follows execution through to delivery.
Transformation mindset: constructively questions the status quo and continuously seeks better, simpler, and more scalable ways of working.
Execution and prioritization: manages to balance a strategic transformation agenda with critical and recurring Finance deliverables.
Collaboration and influence: navigates well between different areas and levels of the organization, building bridges between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Hands-on leadership: develops the team, provides context and direction, sets priorities, and actively participates in resolving the most relevant challenges.
