Job Description
We are looking for an intern with high learning potential, a proactive attitude, and an interest in progressively developing autonomy and greater within a dynamic regional environment. The position will provide support to the Business Practices (BP) area for the Southern Cone, contributing to compliance with global and local policies, continuous process improvement, and cross-functional operational support for the business.
This is an ideal position for organized individuals with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously, work collaboratively with different teams, follow up on activities, and contribute to the timely achievement of the area's objectives.
It offers regional exposure and learning opportunities in Compliance, operational excellence, and digital tools.
These are some of the ****:
- Support the monitoring of the Southern Cone Compliance Program and pre-audit activities.
- Provide support in updating procedures, SOPs, templates, and execution resources.
- Assist in the preparation of materials and the coordination of training sessions on policies, processes, and procedures.
- Follow up on commitments, action plans, and initiatives of the area, contributing to their timely execution.
- Participate in projects for the simplification, digitalization, and automation of processes.
- Collaborate in the preparation of internal communications related to policies, training, and best practices.
- Support the administration and updating of the regional Business Practices repository.
- Provide support in the coordination of operational and administrative activities of the area, including meetings, minutes, documentation, and activity tracking.
Requirements:
- Student in the seventh semester or higher of Industrial Engineering, Administration, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Law, or related fields.
- Intermediate English.
- Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Analytical capacity and organization to manage multiple activities and priorities.
- Timely follow-up and adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and build effective working relationships.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactivity, sense of urgency, and results-oriented mindset.
- Personal ethics and integrity.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, or other digital tools is desirable.
- Availability for on-site work.
