Job Description — Mid-Level Product Manager
Hybrid work in São Paulo/SP

Contribute to the evolution of the collection and credit recovery portfolio for SMEs, connecting customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives;

Continuously improve product journeys and experiences, with a focus on value generation, adoption, engagement, and retention;

Build and conduct analyses based on transactional data, customer feedback, and business metrics to support product decisions and prioritization;

Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and the use of AI that contribute to the evolution of the portfolio.

Conduct Discovery processes with customers, users, and stakeholders, segmenting approaches and transforming pain points and opportunities into product solutions;

Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories, with well-defined acceptance criteria;

Manage and prioritize the backlog and roadmap, balancing customer needs, product strategy, and team capacity;

Work closely with Technology, Design, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, and other areas, including supporting sales enablement and training for sales teams;

Track product and business KPIs such as acquisition, funnel, revenue, LTV, churn, NPS, and effective recovery, producing monthly results reports;

Support product evolution throughout its lifecycle, including launches and go-to-market strategies differentiated by channel, improvements, and, when necessary, discontinuation;

Maintain competitive intelligence on the collection market, updating comparisons and supporting responses to sales objections;

Support pricing and monetization studies under the guidance of product leadership;

Ensure alignment among different stakeholders, preparing analyses and presentations with data-driven storytelling, communicating priorities, initiative progress, and results.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar positions, working with digital products and agile teams;
- Experience with Discovery, backlog management, and prioritization;
- Analytical capacity, with experience in building data analyses to support product decisions;
- Good organizational skills and the ability to transform business problems into clear solutions and deliverables;
- Good communication and the ability to articulate with different stakeholders and areas;
- Proactive, collaborative profile with curiosity and a sense of ownership.
Nice to have
- Experience with products related to collections, credit recovery, or financial services;
- Knowledge or practical experience with AI;
- Experience with competitive market analysis;
- Experience supporting sales teams (sales enablement, training, sales materials)
Qualifications

- Solid experience as a Product Manager (3+ years), preferably in credit, financial services, fintechs, data, or B2B products
- Experience with complex digital products, discovery, and roadmap management
- Strong analytical capacity, with data-driven decision-making
- Ability to transition between business, technology, and data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Use of AI as a productivity tool in daily work (discovery, data analysis, prioritization, documentation)
