About the role

Looking for a key position where mastering inbound and outbound flows is essential to the success of our industrial operations? Join our Logistics department as PCU Lead Logistics Inbound-Outbound.

Within the Supply Chain department, you will report to the Head of Warehouse and Logistics. You will be responsible for coordinating, securing, and optimizing all physical inbound and outbound flows for the site, as well as inter-site flows and waste management.

As the guarantor of compliance with BPF and HSE rules applicable to the site, you will play a key role as an interface between the Supply Chain Procurement teams and Logistics, ensuring the fluidity and reliability of flows throughout the process.

Key :

• Manage a team of ~20 people
• Manage a service budget of ~ €7M
• Ensure operational coordination between logistics teams, carriers, and internal interfaces (production, planning, procurement, etc.)
• Drive and optimize receiving flows
• Drive and optimize the management of our service providers (storage, transport, waste)
• Manage the transport activity for the site's non-commercial products
• Implement continuous improvement solutions for logistics processes
• Participate in internal/external audits
• Drive performance indicators (KPIs)
• Contribute to logistics transformation and innovation projects

About you

• Experience:

o In Supply Chain, Logistics

o Experience in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment

o Managerial experience

• Technical and interpersonal skills:

o Knowledge of Ishift

o Proficiency in office tools (especially Excel)

o Adaptability and responsiveness

o Hands-on approach

o Proactive and solution-oriented

• Education:

o In Logistics (Master's degree / Bac+5)

o English

The salary range for this position is :€54 400,00 - €72 533

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
