Multispecies Marketing Manager
Job Objective
Lead the marketing strategy for the production animal business in Chile, with a focus on Poultry, Swine, Livestock, and Aquaculture, as well as internal and external communication.
The position will be responsible for developing plans that strengthen brands, respond to customer needs, and contribute to business growth.

- Develop and execute marketing plans for each business unit.
- Align local strategy with regional and global priorities.
- Analyze the market, customers, channels, and competition to support decision-making.
- Lead campaigns, launches, events, and demand generation programs.
- Manage marketing and communication budgets.
- Coordinate marketing, communication, and public relations agencies.
- Lead internal and external communication for the production animal business.
- Develop content for employees, customers, media, social networks, and other stakeholders.
- Work with commercial and technical teams on sales force training.
- Stay updated on market trends and scientific advancements.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures related to promotional activities and events, including MH-100.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Veterinary Medicine, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, commercial management, or business development.
- Knowledge of the production animal market.
- Experience in one or more of these areas: poultry, swine, livestock, or aquaculture.
- Experience leading campaigns, launches, events, and communication initiatives.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and regional teams.
- Advanced spoken and written English, mandatory.
- Experience in animal health or related industries is desirable.
