Key :

• Plan and conduct visits to target healthcare professionals, promoting selected products using the communication and strategy tools defined by the business.
• Execute the Customer Engagement strategy in the field, with the goal of identifying new opportunities and contributing to the growth of different specialties.
• Manage and lead the assigned client portfolio, with the goal of providing valuable feedback to the business, streamlining routes and tours, and keeping it updated based on the profile of each professional/institution.
• Meet planning, routing, and frequency objectives through various channels, in accordance with the segmentation matrix.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals through various channels (in-person and other digital formats such as email and WhatsApp).
• Be the primary point of contact for different professionals to follow up on and address demands and requests that arise, understanding the needs of each interaction.
• Represent Sanofi at medical congresses, seminars, and meetings, and participate actively in them.
• Implement, together with the Medical Department and with the support of Product Management, education programs that are at the forefront of research and medical knowledge of pathologies and new treatments.
• Perform a consistent and updated analysis of the performance of the assigned portfolio in order to provide useful data for decision-making and better execution of plans.

About You

• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a medical representative.
• Soft and technical skills: Strong Teamwork ability (interacting with different internal areas). Commercial vision and understanding. Strong promotion and negotiation skills. Analytical capacity for decision-making (sales metrics, key indicators). Management of digital tools & support (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Flexibility & Agility. Aspiration for career development.
• Education: A.P.M. certification (required) / Undergraduate degree (desirable)
• Languages: Spanish

BASE: SANTA FE

Availability to travel to the interior of Santa Fe, Rosario, and Entre Ríos.
