Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (ISF) – Oncology and Pulmonary Hypertension
Territory: Puglia, Basilicata, and Molise
This position involves working as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (ISF) for the Oncology and Pulmonary Hypertension therapeutic areas within the New Products & Specialty Business Unit, with responsibility for the Puglia, Basilicata, and Molise territory.
Purpose of the position
The successful candidate will aim to develop and consolidate valuable professional relationships with medical specialists working in hospital centers, as well as with healthcare personnel involved in patient management and care. Through the dissemination of company-approved scientific information, they will be responsible for managing the product portfolio in the assigned regions (Puglia, Basilicata, and Molise), contributing to the achievement and exceeding of business goals in line with commercial, marketing, and market access strategies.
Activities must be carried out in full compliance with current legislation, national and regional regulations, the Farmindustria Code, and company policies and procedures.

**Main **
- Successfully manage the launch of new products and/or new therapeutic indications in the oncology field, in line with company strategy and priorities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned targets, ensuring effective product positioning and accurate communication of their clinical value.
- Ensure high effectiveness in managing the assigned territory (Puglia, Basilicata, and Molise) through structured activity planning and solid scientific information skills.
- Plan, implement, and monitor projects and initiatives oriented toward the needs of customers and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and consolidate long-term professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital specialists, and other healthcare professionals, fostering collaboration with internal partners and promoting teamwork.
- Define and execute performance-oriented operational plans, ensuring effective targeting and optimal use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the relevant therapeutic areas, the product portfolio, and the competitive landscape.
- Actively contribute to the growth and effectiveness of the team by sharing knowledge, experience, and best practices.
- Represent the company with high standards of professionalism, integrity, ethics, and compliance, in full respect of regulations and company policies.
Required qualifications
Education and experience
- Degree in scientific disciplines.
- Previous experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (ISF).
- Previous experience in the oncology and/or rare disease therapeutic areas is a plus.
Technical and professional skills
- Solid knowledge of hospital dynamics and proven ability to develop, penetrate, and add value to assigned accounts, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and results orientation.
- Excellent scientific information skills and a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, trends, and key market drivers.
- Availability for frequent travel within the assigned territory (Puglia, Basilicata, and Molise).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build and maintain solid, long-term professional relationships with clinicians, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong orientation toward continuous learning, professional growth, and performance improvement.
- High flexibility, ability to manage complex and multiple tasks, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented overview of company objectives.
The applicable collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) is the Chemical-Pharmaceutical CCNL, for the Employee position, level A3.
The Primary Location for this position is
ITA - Lazio - Roma
The salary range for this position is
€49,900.00 - €84,800.00
This is the lowest and highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. It is based on the applicable NCBA, as well as an individual’s experience, skills, organizational needs, and compensation levels within their peer group. If applicable, employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus, long-term incentives, or other benefits. Our Talent Acquisition team will provide further information if needed.
