About the role
As an Assistant Product Manager within the Neuromusculular Franchise at Biogen France, you will contribute to the development and deployment of the marketing strategy dedicated to rare neuromuscular diseases.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and the Franchise Director, you will participate in the implementation of innovative marketing initiatives aimed at improving patient care and supporting the growth of a portfolio of innovative treatments.
You will evolve in a cross-functional environment, in partnership with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Patient Engagement, Digital teams and field teams, to ensure the operational execution of marketing projects and contribute to the success of one of Biogen's most strategic franchises dedicated to rare diseases.

Support the marketing manager and franchise director in defining marketing and commercial strategy

Develop and support the deployment of marketing tactics to support our strategic objectives

Develop services necessary to improve the care of patients with rare neuromuscular diseases or to organize care

Develop and deploy product marketing tools and multi-channel environment adapted to local specificities (regulatory and customer) in close interaction with medical, Innovation and Digital departments and Market Access

Train field teams on marketing campaigns/tools and analyze their implementation with a view to continuous improvement

Provide support in coordinating all marketing activities at regional and national congresses (congress strategic brief, stand location and construction, documentation selection, support for symposium organization, etc.)

Required skills

Bac+5 scientific degree (Pharmacy, Life Sciences, etc.); a dual scientific/marketing curriculum or business school is an asset.

First experience in marketing, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry (internship, apprenticeship or first job).

Good understanding of regulated environments and an interest in pharmaceutical processes.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Team spirit, curiosity, autonomy and solution-oriented mindset.

Ease of interpersonal relations and ability to evolve in a cross-functional environment.

Fluency in French and English.
