The Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – EMEA is a critical role responsible for shaping and delivering data-driven, business-aligned talent strategies and execution across the EMEA region. The role is based in Spain or Serbia and reports to the Director - Talent Acquisition EMEA based in United Kingdom. This role partners closely with senior business leaders to anticipate talent needs, leverage cutting-edge AI tools to build robust pipelines for current and future growth roles, and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team across the EMEA region with excellence, innovation, and accountability.

Your Role

Business & Strategic Partnership

  • Develop a deep understanding of the EMEA business, operating context, and market dynamics to proactively align AI-powered talent strategies with business priorities.
  • Partner closely with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor, providing predictive analytics and data-backed insights to influence talent decisions across functions.
  • Collaborate openly with stakeholders to co-create scalable and adaptable talent solutions—including AI-enhanced hiring frameworks—in response to evolving business needs.
  • Cross-collaborate with functional teams within EMEA to deliver effective talent acquisition solutions.

Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Design and implement innovative, multi-channel talent sourcing strategies—leveraging generative AI, automated candidate engagement, and intelligent sourcing platforms—to build strong and diverse pipelines for critical and future growth roles.
  • Lead quarterly talent acquisition planning, using predictive hiring models to ensure clear goals, disciplined execution, and consistent tracking to closure across the team.
  • Contribute meaningfully to regional and global strategic initiatives, demonstrating curiosity, flexibility, and a willingness to experiment with emerging HR technology and AI capabilities.

Operational Excellence & Metrics Ownership

  • Drive TA effectiveness through rigorous goal setting, metric-driven performance management, and continuous improvement of AI workflows, processes, and outcomes.
  • Own and monitor effectiveness and efficiency metrics, using advanced analytics to evaluate impact, eliminate bias in AI screening tools, inform decisions, and optimize results.
  • Ensure strong follow-through, accountability, and outcome ownership across all TA deliverables.

People Leadership & Culture

  • Inspire, coach, and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, fostering engagement, resilience, AI fluency, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Role model positive leadership behaviours, integrity, and ethical AI usage in all interactions.

What You Will Bring

  • 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience , with at least 5+ years in people management roles.
  • Deep specialisation in Talent Acquisition of technical roles within technology companies.
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into talent strategy, grounded in strong commercial acumen, market intelligence, AI-driven sourcing platforms, and workforce insights across EMEA.
  • Demonstrated success building and executing data-driven, multi-channel sourcing strategies, utilizing AI tools for automated candidate discovery, nurturing, and sustainable pipeline creation for both immediate hiring needs and long-term growth.
  • Strong metrics ownership and operational discipline, with the ability to define success measures, leverage talent analytics, track effectiveness and efficiency outcomes, and drive continuous improvement through data and automation.
  • Experience leading quarterly planning cycles with clear goal setting, rigorous tracking, and consistent closure, ensuring accountability and strong follow-through.
  • A track record of being a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, influencing talent decisions with insight-led, evidence-based recommendations and predictive talent analytics.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high performing, digitally fluent teams through role modelling, feedback, and empowerment.
  • A growth mindset, demonstrated through openness to feedback, curiosity for new AI technologies, and willingness to challenge traditional approaches to improve talent outcomes.
  • Comfortable working on strategic initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring, contributing thought leadership on modern TA tech, innovation, and change agility at scale.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to co-create solutions across functions, adapt quickly to emerging needs, and operate effectively in a matrixed environment.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
