Forward Deployed Software Engineer  
On-Site: Grafenwohr, Germany – ACTIVE TS/SCI Clearance required 
Reports to: Echo 
Direct reports: None. Delta’s provide performance feedback on other engineers and participate in company peer mentorship program. 
Travel: 0-10%

About the Role 
You are the technical leader for your hub’s implementations. You own architecture, secure code delivery, team mentorship, and forward-looking research to ensure every solution is innovative, scalable, and mission-ready. At PVM, a Delta doesn’t just oversee code. You architect solutions, lead delivery on projects, mentor builders, and stay ahead of trends, combining deep technical expertise with leadership, to multiply mission impact.

Embed with the customer, participate in user research and quickly prototype solutions. 

Architect and execute innovative software solutions tailored to customer missions.

Conduct technical solution research and track product trends. 

Collaborate closely with your Echo to translate product vision into technical reality. 

Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through reviews and best practices.

Demonstrate progress and lead customer facing desk side feedback sessions. 

You’ll Thrive Here If 

Former Palantir Delta / FDSE or equivalent deep Palantir platform expertise 

10+ YOE in computer science, software engineering, mission knowledge, or related vocation 

Proven track record leading implementations in government or secure environments. 

You can design a system, mentor a team, and dive into code in the same day.
