Job Description
Fixed-term contract for 6 months, extendable for another 12 months with the possibility of permanent hiring.
We are looking for responsible and committed professionals to work directly on the production line! If you value product quality, organization, and workplace safety, this opportunity is for you. It will be your responsibility to monitor, supply, and pack products on the machines, ensuring established quality standards. Main :

Follow the golden rules of safety;

Be responsible for your own safety and that of other employees;

Perform activities following the company's safety and environmental procedures;

Supply raw materials, inputs, and package finished products according to standard procedures defined for the workstation;

Keep your workstation clean and organized, following the company's 5S and TPM program;
-
Monitor and perform the correct operation of machines, opening maintenance requests when necessary;
-
Ensure correct production reporting;
-
Share knowledge of your activities when necessary;
-
Complete production forms according to the area standard;
-
Ensure product quality and perform necessary process inspections;
-
Report and ensure production volume, providing justification if not met;
-
Perform rework and product inspections when necessary;
-
Implement projects for improvement in the sector;
-
Provide support in other sectors, as previously agreed, when requested;
Main requirements:

High School Diploma;
-
Basic computer skills;
-
Commitment and proactivity;
-
Good interpersonal skills;
-
Availability to work the afternoon shift, from Monday to Saturday;

Schedule flexibility required.
