Job Description
Are you ready to step into an entrepreneurial leadership role where you can build a brand-new capability from the ground up and directly shape the digital and analytical future of over 80 markets? As our new EEMEA Digital Human Health Director, you will have the entrepreneurial freedom to build your own team, merge technology with deep business insights, and leave a lasting legacy across a highly diverse and dynamic region.
Purpose of the Position
The EEMEA Digital Human Health (DHH) Lead is a newly expanded, high-impact leadership role designed to bridge the gap between commercial strategy, technology, and data-driven insights across the EEMEA region. In this entrepreneurial role, you will have the unique opportunity to build our Business Insights & Analytics (BIA) capability from the ground up—shaping the function, hiring your own team, and integrating them with our Business Technology Platform (BTP) team. Serving as the single point of accountability, you will transform complex business challenges into clear, actionable digital and analytical roadmaps that deliver measurable value to our patients and stakeholders.
Welcome to Our Team
You will step into a highly collaborative environment where you will design, hire, and lead a brand-new, diverse team across Europe and the broader EEMEA region. We operate in culturally rich, complex, and dynamic environments, deeply valuing agility, open-mindedness, and diverse perspectives. Here, you will find a supportive network of senior leaders and peers who are eager to collaborate, challenge legacy models, and help you build a truly inclusive, future-ready culture from day one.
**Main **
-
Establish, operationalize, and scale a brand-new Business Insights & Analytics (BIA) function from the ground up to drive data-backed decision-making across the EEMEA region.
-
Hire, mentor, and inspire a diverse, high-performing regional team, fostering a unified and inclusive culture.
-
Design and implement scalable operating models, engagement processes, and capacity models to clarify how work is delivered across a highly diverse region.
-
Oversee the regional deployment and optimization of technology platforms, CRM capabilities (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and digital tools.
-
Act as a strategic peer and trusted advisor to the EEMEA Regional Leadership Team, Commercial Operations, and Finance to align digital capabilities with business priorities.
-
Translate commercial ambitions into structured portfolios of work, balancing regional needs with enterprise capacity and investment discipline.
-
Lead change management initiatives to ensure new digital tools and analytical capabilities are actively adopted and embraced by business teams.
-
Ensure all digital and analytical solutions translate into tangible business outcomes, tracking success through user adoption and commercial performance.
Your Profile
-
A passion for building capabilities from scratch, comfortable with ambiguity, and possessing the drive to shape a new function like a start-up founder.
-
Proven leadership experience within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or health sciences industries (backgrounds in healthcare consulting or market research are highly valued).
-
Exceptional ability to structure complex business challenges, facilitate prioritization discussions, and influence senior stakeholders.
-
Strong background in digital engagement, advanced analytics, market research, forecasting, or commercial technology platforms.
-
Experience recruiting, developing, and leading diverse, geographically dispersed teams through organizational transformation.
-
Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trust with senior commercial and operational executives.
-
Deep understanding of the EEMEA landscape, with experience navigating culturally and politically complex markets.
-
A strong focus on execution, adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes rather than just deploying technology.
-
Primary location is Prague, but options will be available to come from other markets. Candidates can be in any of our European markets, and relocation is not required for this position.
What We Offer
-
The rare opportunity to build a capability and hire a team from the ground up, operate with minimal bureaucracy, and make a highly visible impact quickly—much like running a startup within a global organization.
-
Influence commercial strategies across approximately 80 diverse markets and leave a lasting legacy on how our organization uses data and technology across EEMEA.
-
While our target hubs are Prague, Luzern, London, and Dubai, we are highly open to other locations across the broader EEMEA and European regions.
-
Join a team that celebrates diverse perspectives, fosters continuous learning, and supports your professional growth.
-
A comprehensive rewards package designed to support your well-being, financial security, and work-life balance.
