As a Hard Services Technician (Electrical) within our Engineering & Maintenance – M&S Vaccines team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operation and compliance of the electrical systems maintenance program at the plant. You will execute preventive, predictive, and corrective activities in medium and low voltage, while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure operational continuity and compliance with the highest regulatory and manufacturing standards in a world-class pharmaceutical environment. Key :

  • Ensure the operation and compliance of the electrical maintenance program (substation, transformation, MCCs, generation plant, UPS, and facilities) and support for critical systems and Hard Services.

  • Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on medium and low voltage electrical systems.

  • Perform failure investigation and analysis on equipment or systems, defining strategies to detect and correct faults that could cause process downtime.

  • Coordinate with Production, Laboratory, and Supply Chain the electrical maintenance plan to support key processes and avoid product impact.

  • Ensure documentation compliance (Work Orders, procedures, logs, and records) in accordance with Good Documentation Practices and regulatory requirements.

  • Follow up with suppliers and contractors, verifying materials, tools, and permits necessary for electrical maintenance work.

  • Generate improvement and savings proposals related to the electrical system, promoting a culture of continuous improvement (5S, TPM) and compliance with GMP/HSE.

About You

  • Experience: We are looking for someone with a proven track record in medium voltage electrical systems maintenance, with demonstrated capability in executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, as well as experience in coordinating with production and quality areas in regulated environments.

  • Soft and technical skills: -Mastery of NOM-001-SEDE-2012 and applicable electrical regulations

-Work order management in SAP

-Interpretation of single-line diagrams and electrical design

-Failure analysis and troubleshooting

-Strategic thinking and results orientation

-Collaborative leadership and effective communication

-Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HSE

-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and analysis tools

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in fields related to Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance.

  • Languages: English - Basic
