As an MSL Coordinator and MSL Rare Disease (RD) within our medical-scientific field team at Sanofi Specialty Care, you will be the central interface between Medical Affairs and leading opinion leaders in the medical profession – actively driving medical excellence in the field of rare diseases. Key :

  • Act as a scientific coordinator for RD topics within the MSL team and promote alignment and knowledge exchange across the entire team
  • Drive Medical Excellence and the exchange of best practices within the Center of Excellence and support the development of competencies across the entire MSL team
  • Implement the medical-scientific corporate strategy for Rare Disease in selected indication areas, with a focus on the launch pipeline
  • Germany-wide responsibility for the top KOL community for selected indications
  • Independent planning and execution of regional medical-scientific training events, advisory boards, and other professional advisory committees

About you:

  • Experience: Several years of professional experience as an MSL or in a comparable medical field function is an advantage; you bring a high level of self-organization and an agile working style
  • Personal skills: Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; customer orientation, solution orientation, teamwork, as well as reliability and a sense of responsibility; high willingness to travel and a valid driver's license required
  • Education: Completed degree in natural sciences, medicine, pharmacy, biology, or a comparable field
  • Languages: Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage

The salary range for this position is :€79 104,00 - €105 472

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
