Job Description:

Implement the company's market strategy and develop regional market development plans through effective regional management, team management, and personnel motivation to support the achievement of company business goals and enhance the influence of products within the region; establish and maintain good business cooperative relationships with key customers, and build a professional image for the company and its products; strengthen cross-departmental collaboration and promote the development and capability improvement of the subordinate team.

Regional Goals and Regional Management

  • Lead the team to complete the work goals assigned by the company

  • Plan and organize relevant market promotional activities according to the specific situation of the region

  • Lead the team to execute and follow up on market promotion plans, and collect and feedback market information in a timely and accurate manner

  • Visit hospitals to establish and maintain good relationships with key customers; cooperate with KA managers to conduct selection and negotiation for major customers, sign agreements, and execute them

  • Communicate and coordinate with commercial personnel in the region to ensure the normal supply of products in the region

  • Allocate resources and control expenses reasonably and effectively within the region

  • Complete various forms and reports in a timely and accurate manner

Product Knowledge

  • Help improve the ability of team members to apply product knowledge in their daily work

  • Understand relevant knowledge and trends of competing products

  • Continuously learn and improve the level of relevant medical knowledge

Professional Conduct

  • Ensure strict compliance with the company's various SOPs, financial systems, and compliance requirements during daily work, and ensure that team behavior conforms to the company's ethical guidelines and principles

  • Maintain a good professional image, with attire meeting professional standards and words and deeds meeting company requirements

  • Possess a spirit of dedication, be actively engaged in one's own work, and set an example

Team Management and Personnel Development

  • Build a high-performance team through effective management, motivation, development, and retention of talent

  • Manage and coach representatives, and improve representatives' work skills and problem-solving abilities through planned joint visits

  • Complete quarterly performance evaluations and performance analysis, and provide timely and targeted coaching and training to subordinates to achieve better performance

  • Determine training needs through performance management and personnel development plans, develop and retain talent, and reduce employee turnover

  • Recruit suitable team members and establish a talent resource reserve system

  • Ensure that departing personnel complete work handovers in accordance with company regulations

  • Strengthen communication and cooperation within the department and across departments

  • Create a good working atmosphere, promote teamwork, and be fair, just, and open

  • Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements:

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, or related majors

  • 2+ years of experience in team management or regional management in related fields
