Overview

You will join the team dedicated to direct investments in Private Debt, reporting to the Head of the area. You will participate in all phases of the investment process: analysis and evaluation of opportunities, execution of transactions, and portfolio monitoring. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including corporate functions, control structures, consultants, financial intermediaries, and portfolio companies, contributing to the achievement of investment objectives and the management of the team's activities.

What your activities will be

Among the main :

• Analysis of for structured finance and acquisition financing transactions for companies
• Development of financial models for the evaluation of economic-financial projections and debt sustainability
• Coordination of the due diligence process, in collaboration with Risk Management, Compliance, and ESG functions
• Drafting of credit memoranda, assignment of credit ratings, and presentation of transactions to Investment Committees
• Review of legal documentation and support for the execution and closing of transactions
• Monitoring of the investment portfolio, with periodic review of , performance analysis, and verification of compliance with financial covenants
• Management of relationships with investors, advisors, sponsors, and client companies.

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• 3-5 years of experience in structuring, negotiating, and managing medium-to-long-term financing transactions for companies, including operations assisted by national and supranational guarantee schemes (e.g., SACE, BEI), from credit analysis and approval to disbursement, monitoring, and exit.
• In-depth knowledge of the Private Debt market, relevant regulations, and main corporate finance instruments, such as senior loans, corporate bonds, subordinated instruments, and mezzanine financing.
• Ability to evaluate credit risk, financial analysis, and structure complex financing solutions.
• Familiarity with financial and contractual documentation related to private debt transactions.
