THE OPPORTUNITY:

CONTEXT:

The Innovation Success department aims to implement and ensure the success of our product innovations through close collaboration with our internal R&D department and our external customers. This allows us to offer proactive optimization of our products and solutions. We thrive in a culture of teamwork, dynamism and enthusiasm and we aim for excellence in everything we undertake.

We are developing a new generation of AI-powered procurement technology products. Leveraging agentic AI and our Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA), we enable organizations to automate complex workflows and help teams move from manual, tactical execution to creating strategic value.

ROLE:

As a Procurement Lead - Functional Expert, you will work closely with customers, partners and the product team to map complex procurement workflows, optimize functional solutions and drive continuous improvement. Your functional expertise will be key to strengthening our customers' spend management strategies and ensuring their long-term success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of various functional processes (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing-to-Contracts, Supplier Relationship Management) through to production deployment.
  • Deploy our agentic AI solutions by leveraging your solid expertise in the procurement domain as well as natural language (prompting and functional logic) to adapt AI behaviors to the customer's specific business context.
  • Work actively with the solution architect during the design phase by sharing best practices with the customer or partner, conducting product demonstrations, performing fit-gap analysis and taking full functional responsibility for the design document.
  • Actively collaborate alongside solution architects by sharing best practices with the customer or partner, demonstrating the value of the product.
  • Support partners during implementation by providing design feedback and conducting configuration reviews during deployments.
  • Oversee and contribute to the delivery and deployment plan, and ultimately ensure the success of the production rollout.
  • Configure the solution and coordinate efforts with other team members to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Integrate customer feedback to evaluate and improve product features.
  • Perform PMO (Project Management Office) activities and support change management initiatives to promote adoption by end users.

YOUR PROFILE:

Skills and experience:

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in procurement, commerce/management, supply chain management, or related field.
  • 5 years of functional experience in procurement, SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) and supply chain.
  • Prior experience on software implementation and SaaS (Software as a Service) solution projects is a plus.
  • Proven experience in driving digital transformation through leading cloud-based procurement platforms, with strong ability to leverage natural language to drive AI/automation tools.
  • Experience in customer & partner relationship management, workshop facilitation and "Trusted advisor" role.
  • Solid functional knowledge of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycle, combined with excellent project management skills.
  • Relevant certifications in procurement or project management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, PMP) are highly desired.

Soft skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire customers during workshops and build strong, collaborative partnerships.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment at a fast pace, in close collaboration with customers and partners.
  • Autonomous, results-oriented, proactive and flexible.
  • Ability to mentor peers on procurement and spend management processes.
  • Excellent command of English.
