Use AI to assess how you fit

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI Marketplace and Analytics to join Procore’s Agentic Platform team. In this role, you’ll own Toolshed, where anyone at Procore can find, share, and reuse the AI skills, plugins, and connectors that power agentic work, along with the analytics and data products behind it, encompassing the contributor community, telemetry, data streaming, and data visualization. The primary goal of this role is to make Toolshed the first place people at Procore go for AI and to measure the impact AI is having on how work gets done, moving beyond who uses what toward whether work gets faster and better as a result.

As a Senior Product Manager, AI Marketplace and Analytics, you’ll partner with engineering peers, data engineering, product leaders, and executive leadership to shape the catalog of AI components, define telemetry strategies, and build reliable data pipelines. Use your platform product management skills, data analytics expertise, and visualization judgment to build a destination people rely on and analytics people return to on their own, with experiences that pull people toward doing more rather than reporting on what they failed to do. You’ll own Toolshed end to end and have a real hand in shaping Procore’s AI journey. Apply today!

This position reports into Group Product Manager and will be based in Cairo, Egypt office, with engineering peers and leadership on the same team and direct exposure to the executive driving the initiative. The role starts by owning Toolshed and the measurement of Procore’s agentic tooling, and grows into owning the measurement strategy for Procore’s broader technology transformation. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • AI is central to how we work. You’ll be expected to master generative tools and agentic workflows, moving beyond just using AI to actively building the agentic future of construction.
  • Own Toolshed and its analytics as products end to end by managing the roadmap, prioritization, and quality across the catalog, community, and measurement surfaces, and by deciding how to balance investment between building Toolshed and measuring its impact.
  • Define where Toolshed expands next to become the single front door for AI at Procore, from listing every AI tool available to building the content and learning resources that take people from first use to everyday use.
  • Shape the catalog and distribution model so skills, plugins, and connectors are easy to discover, trusted, and simple to use in daily workflows.
  • Grow a contributor community by making it easy for teams across the company, including those outside engineering, to publish their work and build on each other’s.
  • Define what gets measured across Procore’s agentic tooling, leading with impact on cycle time, throughput, and quality of work, treating adoption as one input rather than the headline, and ensuring the numbers are reliable enough to make decisions.
  • Run analytics as a product with real users, a roadmap, and retention goals, building visualization layers for every organizational level that highlight visible progress, streaks, and benchmarks, while arguing against metrics that would invite gaming or distort behavior.
  • Make product decisions for pipeline and warehouse architecture by partnering with data engineering on streaming tradeoffs, data modeling, retention, and access security.
  • Work hands-on by prototyping, writing, and building with AI agents daily, as one of the company’s most sophisticated AI-tool users.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in product roles focusing on technical, data, or platform products.
  • Experience with platform and community products, such as internal developer portals like Backstage, community hubs like Hugging Face, extension marketplaces, or package registries, or with analytics and data products, including defining, shipping, and rapidly adjusting event taxonomies, ideally with some of both.
  • Strong judgment about data visualization, including when a number needs context, when a chart misleads, and what brings someone back to a dashboard.
  • High measurement literacy, including familiarity with developer productivity metrics such as DORA and an understanding of how metrics influence behavior and get gamed.
  • Daily fluency with AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor, alongside a working understanding of how agents are extended through skills, plugins, and MCP servers.
  • A track record of driving adoption among people who didn’t have to use what you built.
  • A high bar for quality and craft, rigorous ownership of data, sound judgment when weighing investments, and comfort with ambiguity and messy data in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience running a catalog, registry, or marketplace with review and governance for shared components. Nice to have.
  • Experience with BI tooling or building custom visualization front ends. Nice to have.
  • Experience with engagement mechanics in a non-consumer setting. Nice to have.
  • Exposure to LLM observability, usage and cost instrumentation, or agent quality assessment. Nice to have.
