Job Title: 6-month internship - Personal Data Protection Legal Counsel

As an intern in our Ethics and Business Integrity department, you will participate in managing transformation projects related to compliance in personal data protection and artificial intelligence.

Key :

• Support the group's legal counsel and privacy officers with their legal questions regarding personal data protection
• Contribute to drafting legal opinions related to applicable legislation on personal data protection
• Take part in reviewing contracts and clauses related to personal data protection, as well as updating the register of processing activities
• Participate in developing procedures applicable to mergers, acquisitions, and divestment operations
• Provide support for the implementation of personal data protection standards defined for artificial intelligence
• Contribute to legal monitoring in data protection, cybersecurity, and health law for all jurisdictions
• Assist in creating awareness and training materials for the Sanofi group's legal counsel and privacy officers, in both English and French

About you

• Technical and interpersonal skills: Autonomy, organization, dynamism. Good knowledge of the provisions of the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). An interest in artificial intelligence. Knowledge of the healthcare sector.
• Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in digital law, health law, or business law
• Languages: Fluent English
