Overview

Within the Group Technology & Services division of Intesa Sanpaolo, and more specifically the Digital & Cloud Technology service, you will join the group responsible for the design, implementation, evolution, and management of the corporate Apple ecosystem, ensuring high standards of security, compliance, and user experience for all macOS devices. You will act as a technical point of reference for the integration of Apple systems into corporate enterprise infrastructures.

What your activities will be

• Define and manage the endpoint management architecture for Apple devices
• Manage the full lifecycle of macOS devices
• Design and maintain zero-touch provisioning and automated deployment solutions
• Implement and manage security, compliance, and hardening policies for macOS systems
• Integrate Apple devices with corporate Identity & Access Management platforms
• Automate operational tasks through advanced scripting
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Networking, and Workplace Services teams
• Support digital workplace and modern workplace initiatives
• Manage advanced troubleshooting and problem management activities
• Define standards, guidelines, and technical documentation.

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• At least 5 years of experience in the role
• Proven experience with JAMF and/or Microsoft Intune platforms
• Experience in integrating macOS devices into complex enterprise infrastructures
• In-depth knowledge of modern security architectures and Zero Trust principles
• Experience in managing multi-platform environments (Windows, macOS, mobile)
• Scripting and Automation: Advanced ability to develop and maintain scripts using: Bash, Shell Scripting, Zsh, PowerShell for macOS, Python (preferred), API Integration, Workflow Automation, provisioning and remediation automation
• Certifications: Jamf Certified Tech, Jamf Certified Admin, Jamf Certified Expert, Microsoft MD-102 Endpoint Administrator, Microsoft SC-300 Identity and Access Administrator, Microsoft SC-100 Cybersecurity Architect, ITIL Foundation
