In their day-to-day, this person will be responsible for deepening the understanding of our products, markets, and customers, transforming technical knowledge into narratives, positioning, and messaging relevant to different audiences, from more technical audiences to executives and decision-makers.

They will also play an active role in building and executing Go-to-Market strategies, supporting launches, product evolutions, and growth initiatives. This includes understanding priority segments, main pain points, and use cases, building value propositions, defining messaging, and coordinating actions with different areas of the company.

Among the main are:

  • Build and evolve positioning, value proposition, messaging, and narratives for products and solutions;

  • Develop Go-to-Market strategies for launches, new features, and strategic initiatives;

  • Create Sales Enablement materials and initiatives, such as pitches, presentations, battlecards, playbooks, and training for sales teams;

  • Monitor market trends, competitive movements, and customer needs, transforming information into insights and recommendations for the business;

  • Work alongside Product teams, bringing the perspective of the market, customers, and competition to contribute to discussions about strategy and roadmap;

  • Support discussions related to pricing, packaging, monetization, and business case construction;

  • Work with business indicators, adoption, pipeline, conversion, and performance to evaluate initiatives and guide decisions;

  • Conduct alignment with different stakeholders, connecting Product, Marketing, Sales, and other involved areas;

  • Interact with Experian's global teams, understanding strategies and products developed globally and adapting positioning, offerings, and Go-to-Market for the reality of the Brazilian market;

  • Explore the use of Artificial Intelligence to increase productivity, generate insights, accelerate analysis, and strengthen Product Marketing strategies.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who has experience with Product Marketing, preferably in B2B companies and in environments with more technically complex products.

It is important to have the ability to understand complex solutions and translate them into simple, relevant, and business-value-oriented language. We also expect someone comfortable working with different stakeholders, capable of building relationships, influencing decisions, and defending recommendations with clarity and evidence.

For this position, we consider the following especially important:

  • Experience with positioning, value proposition, Go-to-Market, and product launches;

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation building skills;

  • Market vision and the ability to transform data, research, and competitive information into recommendations;

  • Analytical capacity and results-orientation;

What can make a difference:

It will be a plus to have experience with data, technology, credit, analytics, SaaS products, or complex B2B solutions, as well as experience working with global structures or adapting international strategies for local markets.

More than someone who executes Marketing materials, we are looking for a person who can deeply understand the business, build a point of view, and influence decisions.
