Job Description

• Act as the technical point of contact for workstation-related issues
• Design, evolve, and maintain workstation architectures
• Define and enforce technical standards for the fleet
• Lead Digital Workplace transformation and modernization projects
• Industrialize deployment and fleet administration operations
• Administer and evolve Microsoft Intune and SCCM / Configuration Manager solutions
• Define strategies for application deployment, updates, patch management, and compliance
• Participate in securing workstations and implementing security policies
• Analyze and resolve complex L3 / expert-level incidents
• Support technical teams in resolving complex issues
• Conduct technical studies, impact analyses, and architecture recommendations
• Automate operations using PowerShell
• Stay updated on technological trends and propose workstation improvements
• Write technical documentation, procedures, and standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the workstation field
• Solid expertise in Windows environments and their administration
• Proficiency in Intune and/or SCCM in production environments
• Very strong command of PowerShell and automation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID
• Experience with security, compliance, and fleet management issues
• Ability to intervene on complex topics and provide genuine technical expertise
• Experience in workstation architecture or transformation is a plus
• Autonomy, analytical mind, and ability to be proactive
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to support technical teams and users
