Job Description
  • Strategic position to act as a Specialist Product Manager (Staff PM) in a Serasa division focused on the consumer financial health journey.
  • The professional will have a broad view of the product and user experience, being responsible for developing solutions that help consumers understand, track, and improve their financial lives over time.
  • The main challenge will be to transform data such as credit scores, financial behavior, and other relevant indicators into experiences and insights that generate value for users, allowing for a better understanding of their financial situation and connecting them to the most suitable offers within the Serasa ecosystem.
  • The role will involve defining product strategy, building and evolving roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, analyzing metrics and results, discovering opportunities, and developing experiences capable of increasing consumer engagement.
  • The position will have a strong focus on growth and conversion, seeking to transform active users into transactional customers through journeys that encourage the adoption of other company products and solutions.
  • We are looking for a professional with solid experience in digital product management, the ability to navigate complex scenarios, influence stakeholders, and lead impactful initiatives involving different areas and teams.
  • It is important to have experience in products related to financial health, personal financial organization, consumer financial management, financial education, or solutions developed by banks, fintechs, and financial institutions aimed at tracking users' financial lives.
  • We expect a person with a strong data orientation, a strategic profile, autonomy in decision-making, business acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to connect consumer needs to company objectives.
  • Experience in companies with high product maturity, such as fintechs, marketplaces, or organizations recognized for their product culture, will be considered a relevant differentiator.
  • English must be at least intermediate for reading, preparing materials, and participating in global meetings, initially as a listener.
