Overview
Join our Digital & Cloud Technology team, supporting efficient and sustainable cloud adoption by building cost control tools, analyzing consumption data—including through the use of AI—and managing the Capacity Management process for the bank's IT infrastructure in on-prem and cloud environments. You will contribute to service continuity and compliance with regulatory and spending requirements, collaborating with teams and vendors.
What your activities will be
- Implement cloud spending and AI token governance solutions
- Manage and build tools and dashboards to execute the Capacity Management and FinOps process
- Analyze data to detect anomalies, identify trends, and build automations to prevent common issues
- Collaborate and provide proactive support within teams
- Manage the development of cloud and AI projects by providing best practices for cloud cost control, building tools for proactive monitoring, and directing vendor activities
- Respond to internal and external audits
- Manage the lifecycle of the software created
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- At least 5 years of experience in FinOps and Capacity Management
- Experience with projects and operations in IT infrastructure and Cloud environments
- Knowledge of FinOps and billing models for Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and AWS
- Knowledge of AI LLM models and billing/token consumption methods
Knowledge of the following is considered a plus:
- Office suite
- Splunk
- Operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Unix, zOS, Mainframe
- SQL and noSQL databases
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
- GCP or MCSA certifications
- Having completed studies and/or work experience in an international environment is considered a plus
