What will your work involve?

  • developing relationships with assigned and potential clients,
  • identifying needs and advising on appropriate financial solutions,
  • selling banking products and services remotely,
  • advising on investment products in accordance with applicable legislation,
  • assisting with banking tasks and the use of digital services,
  • ensuring high-quality customer service and complaint resolution,
  • monitoring new products and market activities of the bank and recording agreements with clients.
