Job Description

Help shape the future of veterinary medicine.

Every healthy animal means a better quality of life, more shared moments, and fewer worries for the people who love them. As a global research-driven company, we develop innovative medicines, vaccines, and health solutions that sustainably improve the lives of animals.

Together with veterinarians, we are committed to modern and future-oriented veterinary medicine. You will play a central role: you will support the market launch of current and future innovations, bring scientifically sound solutions into practice, and help actively advance animal health in Switzerland.

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a dedicated, customer-oriented individual with a passion for animal health, consulting, and collaborative partnerships.

Your Area of Responsibility

  • Support and further development of veterinary practices and clinics in the Central Switzerland, Zurich, and Ticino regions
  • Expert advice and sales of our innovative portfolio of pharmaceuticals and vaccines for small animals and horses
  • Support for the market launch of new products and future innovations
  • Identification of customer needs and development of new business opportunities
  • Analysis of relevant customer, market, and competitor information
  • Building and maintaining long-term, trusting customer relationships
  • Planning, organizing, and conducting customer events and continuing education activities
  • Close cooperation with sales, marketing, and technical teams in Switzerland
  • Responsibility for sustainable sales and business development in your sales territory

What You Bring

  • Completed degree in veterinary medicine (veterinarian) or comparable education with a sound veterinary background
  • Alternatively, several years of experience as a lead veterinary assistant (TPA) or a scientific education with an interest in sales and customer consulting
  • Enjoyment in building long-term customer relationships and consulting at eye level
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to identify customer needs and develop individual solutions
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, personal initiative, and a structured way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German skills; Italian and/or English are an advantage
  • Residence in the sales territory and willingness to travel regularly
  • Category B driver's license
  • Experience in field sales is an advantage. However, your motivation, willingness to learn, and desire to make a difference are decisive.
  • Positive, reflective personality with a high level of personal responsibility and a solution-oriented mindset

What Awaits You

  • A meaningful activity with a direct contribution to animal health
  • The opportunity to actively shape the future of veterinary medicine
  • An innovative environment with scientifically sound and market-leading products
  • The chance to successfully introduce current and future innovations to the market
  • High level of personal responsibility and creative freedom
  • A dedicated team with strong cohesion and an open corporate culture
  • Attractive development and training opportunities
