Job Description
We are looking for an operator to help us carry out activities related to Live Biological Production.
The activity is continuous, so 24/7 availability (shift work) is necessary and essential.
General objective of the position
Carry out the necessary tasks in accordance with established procedures for the production of egg-derived antigens in lyophilized pharmaceutical form. Your duties will be performed within the Live Biological Production IPT at the Salamanca plant.
Main duties of the position

Control the correct status, storage, and flow of raw materials, materials, and waste according to procedures.

Correct execution of cleaning, preparation, and sterilization operations for materials according to procedures and operation of the necessary equipment.

Correct execution of media manufacturing operations according to procedures and operation of the necessary equipment.

Correct execution of viral inoculation and harvesting operations according to procedures and operation of the necessary equipment.

Correct execution of antigen filling operations according to procedures and operation of the necessary equipment.

Correct execution of sampling operations according to procedures and operation of the necessary equipment.

Correct execution of antigen suspension manufacturing and milling operations according to procedures and operation of the necessary equipment.

Correct execution of bead manufacturing operations according to procedures and operation of the necessary equipment.

Correct execution of lyophilization operations according to procedures and operation of the necessary equipment.

Correct execution of filling into intermediate storage containers and bead sampling.
-
Correct execution of encapsulation operations according to procedures and operation of the necessary equipment.

Correct execution of packaging operations according to procedures and operation of the necessary equipment.

Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Correct completion of documentation associated with the IPT (Technical Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, Batch Records, etc.).

Ensure the correct handling, identification, maintenance, and validation of equipment and rooms.

Work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Work in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.

Work in accordance with safety standards.
Required qualifications
- Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO)
- Laboratory Technician module or higher.
- 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge:
-
Knowledge of SAP, SCADA, and Reliance applications.

Knowledge of Biological Production.
-
Knowledge of sterilization (filtration and heat) and disinfection (VHP) processes.
-
Experience working in classified rooms.
-
Experience in aseptic processes.
-
Medium level of autonomy.
