WHO YOU ARE

• Between 18 and 22 years old (at the time of hiring, in accordance with apprenticeship program legislation).
• Reside in São Paulo - SP (Capital).
• Available to work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM (6-hour workday with a 30-minute break).
• High school diploma or currently enrolled.
• Willingness to learn and curiosity: Passion for acquiring new knowledge and adaptability to handle day-to-day challenges.
• Communication and Collaboration: Good verbal and written communication, as well as ease in working in a team and building good relationships.
• Organization and Responsibility: Attention to detail, care in handling information, and commitment to deadlines.
• Live our mission: Understands the importance of well-being to balance personal and professional life.

FLEXIBLE WORK: With a work regime that prioritizes flexibility, we offer hybrid and remote positions so you have the freedom to work in the way that works best for you. The work model for this specific vacancy can be discussed with the recruiter and leadership. When you join Wellhub, you can also use our home office reimbursement to set up your home office!

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: Flexibility isn't limited to where we work – it also includes being able to shape how and when we work. In partnership with their leaders, people define their schedules to be aligned with different time zones, the needs of each team, and each personal routine.

PAID TIME OFF: Disconnecting and recharging is very important. That's why we offer vacation after 6 months of work + 3 days off per year + 1 day off for each year at the company (adding up to 5 days) + 1 day off in your birthday month!

PAID PARENTAL LEAVE: Welcoming a new family member is one of the most special moments in life. We want every employee to be truly present and enjoy this family time. That's why we offer 100% paid parental leave to all new parents. Those who give birth are also entitled to extended leave (Empresa Cidadã) and a ramp-back period, where they can work part-time until they adjust to the new routine.
