About the position

As an intern within our Neurology/Rheumatology team, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the marketing of our innovative products and apply your entrepreneurial spirit. You will be fully integrated into the Neurology/Rheumatology team in the development and implementation of the overall communication and activity strategy as well as marketing activities, and you will also take on your own projects independently. Main :

  • Support in the strategic direction of the product portfolio and product positioning
  • Responsibility for the development of operational marketing measures together with the medical department and creative agencies
  • Participation in the creation of market and competitor analyses, budget planning, and project planning
  • Assistance with the training and coaching of field staff
  • Product-related booth support at congresses

About you

Experience

  • Initial experience in marketing and/or the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage

Social skills/Technical skills

  • Openness and curiosity as well as proactivity
  • Independent way of working and responsible action
  • Solution-oriented, with a strong focus on implementation and results
  • Very good team and communication skills
  • High level of flexibility & creativity

Education

  • Completed degree in business administration, a scientific field, or comparable studies

Languages

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills are a prerequisite; French or Italian skills are an advantage

  • Place of residence: Switzerland

  • Workload: 40 hours/week

  • Location: Rotkreuz and home office

  • Start date from 01.11.2026 or later for 12 months

  • Paid internship
