About the Job

As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the continuous operation of production equipment, including maintenance, cleaning, and the use of basic hand tools, with the goal of converting raw materials into semi-finished products. You will carry out and correctly follow the activities mentioned in manufacturing instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and any other document used in the tasks specific to production areas, such as material preparation, sterilization, and aseptic filling. You will also carry out manufacturing activities within the required safety, quality, and productivity levels. Additionally, you must apply the Integrated Management System (IMS) for Quality in accordance with your functions and described in the manual, procedures, and related documents. Key :

• Documentation and training: Generate and maintain SOPs through Qualipso, continuously training yourself and training your colleagues, complying with GMP and GDP.
• Equipment operation: Operate, maintain, and control the equipment on your line or process, knowing its technical characteristics and critical points, while complying with Safety, Sterility, Quality, and Environmental standards.
• Maintenance and cleaning: Execute the cleaning of areas and equipment, perform adjustments and assembly of parts, and coordinate with preventive/corrective maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Reporting and continuous improvement: Report deviations or operational failures, identify improvement opportunities on the filling line, and actively participate in the closure of corrective/preventive actions and investigations.
• Quality process support: Collaborate on Change Controls, CAPAs, and Deviations together with engineering/supervision, in addition to supporting equipment validation and qualification processes.
• Material handling: Perform the reception, transfer, and storage of materials for sterilization, aseptic filling, waste, and product in refrigerated chambers, complying with GDP and BPAD.
• HSE and organizational culture: Participate in the HSE culture (monitoring, sampling, incident investigation) and in the Azteca organizational culture (leadership, diversity and inclusion, PTW, Green Azteca).

About You

• Experience: 3 years of experience preferred in manufacturing or maintenance processes in the pharmaceutical, food, or healthcare industries.
• Soft and technical skills: MANDATORY knowledge of pharmaceutical and aseptic processes, knowledge of personal protective equipment, basic quality knowledge, and handling of basic manual and power tools. Lean manufacturing systems. Objective balance between benefit and risk. Results-oriented.
• Leadership skills: Communication, troubleshooting, teamwork, emotional intelligence.
• Education: High school diploma or Technical degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, , or Industrial or Pharmaceutical Chemistry areas preferred.
• Languages: Basic English preferred.
