Job Description

For one of our clients in the banking and financial sector, you will work on high-value-added missions as a PMO End User Services. Within an international information systems department, you will join the End User Services team, structured around four specialized squads: Record Keeping and Critical Communications, Trading Operation Support, Site Integration and Mobility, and Workplace and Licensing Solution. In close collaboration with the owners and experts of these squads, you will ensure the cross-functional coordination of their activities, management tooling, and decision support to maximize their collective performance.

Your main missions:

-Centralize all topics involving the four End User Services squads and ensure the consistency and synchronization of their activities

-Design and deploy a common activity management methodology for the squads

-Develop decision-support tools and define analysis grids for prioritizing (urgency, cost, risk, impact) based on measurable criteria

-Keep the team's capacity up to date, analyze its alignment with identified needs, track resource consumption, and propose adjustments in case of discrepancies

-Facilitate backlog reviews and collective decision-making to allow experts and owners to focus on their core business

-Produce activity tracking dashboards and communicate project progress to stakeholders

-Present arbitration analyses and associated recommendations

Qualifications

• Technical:
• Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Management and reporting tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI / Tableau
• Data analysis and construction of management indicators (KPI)
• Knowledge of IT challenges and End User Services activities (appreciated)
• Functional:
• Cross-functional leadership: coordinating without hierarchical authority
• Analysis and synthesis of complex and varied information
• Communication: interpersonal skills and presentation ability to stakeholders
• Rigor and organization in activity tracking
• Adaptability in a dynamic and international environment
