Job detail for Operations Support Specialist

The Operations Specialist for Admissions & Systems provides primary operational support to the Office of Recruiting & Admissions in administering the admissions software system (Slate) and ensuring timely processing and workflows for prospective students, including awards for new and returning graduate students. The Operations Specialist will also assist with a variety of prospecting and recruiting activities, providing general operations support to the Office. They will work under the direction of the Assistant Dean of Enrollment to ensure a positive experience for new and returning students, supporting overall VPA enrollment objectives.

This position is part of a bargaining unit and is represented by the union SEIU, Local 200United.
