As a Business Planning Lead within Vaccines COPAC, you will be a key player in the articulation between demand and supply, leading the strategic planning and project governance of the Vaccines COPAC cluster. You will act as a central enabler of operational excellence, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in alignment with strategic priorities. Ready to get started?

Key :

• Articulate and lead demand management in alignment with the supply plan and prepare monthly IBP reports.
• Support supply continuity by mitigating write-off risks and escalating supply, shelf-life, and penalty constraints.
• Alert on deviations and proactively propose mitigation plans to the MCO Vaccines LATAM.
• Work with finance and marketing for alignment in IBP (R&O) and support budget reviews.
• Manage contracts, commercial policies, and evaluate pricing requests from countries.
• Lead the tender validation process with the region.
• Support the end-to-end governance of Vaccines COPAC, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Maintain project tracking tools, dashboards, and coordinate milestone and stage-gate process reviews.
• Contribute to the development and standardization of processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in efficiency and governance.

About You

Experience:

• Ability to make decisions prioritizing Sanofi's interests, with an understanding of local market dynamics.
• Experience in demand or supply planning (desirable), with knowledge of business models in Vaccines and/or Pharma.
• Practical experience in digital transformation, with the use of AI and data analytics.
• Fluency in data, capable of translating insights from analytical platforms into actionable decisions.
• Agile project leadership with cross-functional teams, and knowledge of methodologies such as Scrum, Lean Startup, Nudge, and Design Thinking.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong organization and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise reports.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving, creative thinking, and adaptability.
• Collaborative skills to work in matrix organizations, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Professional in administrative sciences
