The Assistant Technician (Cleanrooms) plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of cleanroom facilities across FSE. Working to established procedures, the role holder will carry out routine operational checks, deliver cleanroom inductions, manage consumable inventory, assist researchers and promote safe working practices. They will work collaboratively with cleanroom colleagues and other professional services teams including Estates, Infrastructure & Facilities, Operations and Safety Services. Through this work, they will help maintain a safe, organised and responsible cleanroom ecosystem that supports excellent technical service delivery and enables high-quality research across the Faculty.
