Job Description
We are looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our growing global team at Sectigo.
- The Salesforce Administrator supports the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Salesforce platform at Sectigo. This position is responsible for assisting with user support, system configuration, reporting, data quality initiatives, and platform improvements across Sales and Service Cloud. This individual works closely with business users, Business Analysts, Salesforce Administrators, and Developers to support CRM initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the platform continues to meet business needs. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, automation, CPQ, and related technologies in a global environment.
- Here are the core functions, , and expectations for this role:
- Provide day-to-day end-user support for Salesforce users and assist with troubleshooting system-related issues.
- Support user onboarding and offboarding activities, including user setup, deactivation, permission assignments, and access requests.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views to support business operations and decision-making.
- Assist with Salesforce configuration including custom fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Support the creation and maintenance of Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation solutions.
- Assist with administration activities related to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Support Salesforce CPQ administration and configuration activities as assigned.
- Perform data imports, exports, updates, and data quality reviews using tools such as Data Loader.
- Assist with testing, validation, and deployment activities for Salesforce enhancements and releases.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Administrators, and Developers to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Assist in documenting business processes, system configurations, and Salesforce procedures.
- Monitor data quality and help maintain data integrity across Salesforce.
- Support sandbox management, user acceptance testing, and release activities.
- Assist in training users and creating supporting documentation for new functionality.
- Other duties assigned which are related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.
More information about this role:
- This is a full-time and in-office position, reporting to our Chennai office 5 days a week.
- This is an individual contributor role, reporting to our Manager, Salesforce.

- The targeted compensation package for this role is between INR 5,00,000 and 6,00,000
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s from an accredited college or university is strongly preferred.
Experience:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) certification is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
Ideal Candidate Profiles, Talents, and Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience supporting Salesforce users and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flows, validation rules, permission sets, sharing rules, page layouts, and user administration.
- Basic understanding of Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Salesforce APIs.
- Ability to read debug logs and assist with troubleshooting Salesforce issues alongside senior team members.
- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Omni-Channel, and Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Familiarity with sandbox environments, release management, and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Gearset, or Change Sets is a plus.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and declarative platform capabilities.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work independently while escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, experienced building strong cross-functional working relationships.
- Strong computer aptitude and proficiency in MS Office applications is a must.
