About the role

As an Audit and Inspection Specialist (all genders), you will play a central role in our quality management system. You will support the development and implementation of audit strategies, coordinate national and international audits and inspections, and contribute to the site's continuous audit and inspection readiness. Furthermore, you will oversee CAPA measures, support compliance with regulatory requirements, and participate in the optimization of GMP-relevant processes. Ready to get started?

**Key **

• You will support the development and implementation of audit strategies, accompany inspections and audits to ensure the site's continuous audit readiness, and assist in the coordination of global audit activities.
• You will support the coordination of regulatory, customer, and internal inspections and manage all inspection phases from preparation and execution to follow-up. In doing so, you will assist with stakeholder management and support all involved parties.
• Tracking and monitoring Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) is one of your core tasks. You will support the optimization of the CAPA system and ensure the timely implementation of all measures.
• You will contribute to the site's continuous inspection readiness, support the identification and resolution of compliance gaps, and review GMP-relevant processes. Coordinating responses to authorities and customers rounds out your area of responsibility.

About you

• Experience:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Quality Assurance/Quality Control

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage

• Soft skills / Technical skills:

• Independent, meticulous, and reliable way of working

• Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office programs as well as strong analytical and communication skills

• Teamwork and stakeholder management skills

• Education:

• Completed diploma or master's degree in a natural science (e.g., biochemistry, biotechnology, biology) or a state examination in pharmacy

• Alternatively, completed vocational training with many years of experience in the quality sector

• Languages: German and English, both written and spoken

The salary range for this position is :€79 104,00 - €105 472

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
