We are looking for a Planning & Mngt. Report Specialist to join our FP&A and Corporate Financing area. Reporting directly to the Planning & Mngt. Reporting team manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:

Support the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, monitoring economic and financial results against objectives and updating forecasting models related to revenues, costs, EBITDA, investments, and cash flow.

Prepare periodic reporting for top management, monitoring and analyzing key economic, operational, and financial KPIs to support decision-making processes.

Support the development of financial analyses, forecast scenarios, and sensitivity analyses, contributing to the evaluation of the company's capital and financial structure and related economic dynamics.

Support monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring the reconciliation, quality, and reliability of financial data from ERP systems and other reporting tools.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Management Engineering.

At least 2 years of experience in FP&A, Management Control, or Corporate Finance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Quantitative aptitude and a focus on numbers.

Proactivity and curiosity regarding economic-financial dynamics.

Aptitude for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

Strong orientation toward continuous improvement.
TECHNICAL SKILLS

Good knowledge of general accounting and main financial statement structures.

Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Ability to build and manage financial models.
-
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis).

Fluent English, both written and spoken.
