Job Description
INTERNSHIP
Patients. For them, we research, develop, and manufacture innovative therapies for serious illnesses using biological resources. This approach is based on cutting-edge technologies, such as human genetics, which allow us to characterize the molecular mechanisms underlying diseases. Amgen focuses its research on pathologies where medical needs remain significant.
With 20 medications and numerous partnership initiatives, Amgen works to advance the management of cancer, cardiovascular, inflammatory, and kidney diseases, as well as the treatment of osteoporosis. With 35 active studies involving 514 patients in 236 centers (2024 figures), France is also one of the countries where Amgen has its most significant clinical research activity.
Committed to research and to patients, Amgen is equally committed to its employees!
Because we believe in a world where everyone can be themselves and play a role, Amgen France is socially committed through its Corporate Social Responsibility program. Thus, in 2021, Amgen signed its first LGBT+ charter and was awarded the "Very High Sanitary, Social and Environmental Quality" label the following year, making Amgen France the first pharmaceutical company to be so labeled. We are also proud to have recently signed the Cancer and Employment charter to promote the retention and return to work of our employees affected by illness.
