Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Issuing and receiving mobile phones, and preparing equipment movement documents.
- Recording mobile device issues and returns in the SAP equipment module.
- Recording mobile phone damage incidents in the Operational Loss Database system.
- Performing administrative tasks related to vehicle fleet management (e.g., recording current odometer readings, private car expense settlements).
- Handling incoming and outgoing internal mail.
This is for you if:
- You can work at least 30-40 hours per week.
- You are punctual, fast, and precise, especially regarding administrative tasks.
- You have user-level Excel skills.
- Your English language skills are at least at a conversational level.
- You have a category B driver's license.
