What will your work involve?

  • Managing HR operations throughout the entire employment cycle, including maintaining HR records and preparing and managing employment-related documentation,
  • Expert management of time administration, including time tracking, absences, and other data affecting payroll,
  • Providing support and backup for monthly preparation and verification of payroll data to ensure accuracy and continuous process execution,
  • Preparing regular and periodic HR reports, analyses, and data foundations for decision-making, including monitoring absences, turnover, hiring, and other key HR indicators,
  • Performing controls, analyzing discrepancies, and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of HR data, documentation, and records,
  • Identifying and leading improvements in HR processes and introducing automation, digital solutions, and the meaningful use of artificial intelligence in reporting, analysis, and operational work.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced professional who understands HR operations well and knows how to connect data, processes, and legislative requirements into reliable daily execution. It is important that you can independently judge complex cases, coordinate priorities, and identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement from data.

  • At least a Bachelor's degree (VI. level) in a relevant field,
  • Several years of experience in independently executing HR administrative processes throughout the entire employment cycle,
  • Good knowledge of labor law, HR records, and documentation retention requirements,
  • Practical experience with time administration, recording working hours and absences, and preparing and verifying payroll data,
  • Experience in performing controls, ensuring data quality, and participating in the improvement and digitalization of HR processes,
  • Active knowledge of the English language,
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience with HR information systems, and an interest in automation and artificial intelligence.
