About the role:

The intern will work in the Human Resources department of Biogen Brasil and will act directly in supporting various activities in the area, including, but not limited to:

• Support in conducting the onboarding process for new employees and the Internship Program;

• Opening purchase requisitions, registering suppliers, and updating and including contracts;

• Updating control spreadsheets and tracking administrative activities of the department;

• Support in creating presentations for Human Resources programs and processes;

• Support in benefits administration;

• Contribute to the organization of training sessions and workshops, as well as assist in the preparation of support materials and the creation of satisfaction surveys regarding the activities performed;

• Support employees with questions related to Human Resources processes and policies;

• Assist in resolving administrative and operational issues through the department's official email inbox;

• Keep intranet pages and Human Resources policies updated.

Requirements:

• Active enrollment in a Higher Education course in areas related to Human Resources activities;

• Attending evening classes;

• Availability to intern for up to 2 consecutive years;

• Advanced knowledge of the Office suite;

• Advanced English (mandatory);

• Clear communication, organization, collaboration, initiative, and a desire to learn.

Compensation and benefits package:

• Internship stipend: R$2.150,00 (x12 months)

Availability to intern on-site from Monday to Thursday and in a remote model on Fridays;
